巨克富科技經銷的各式應變規為日本Showa昭和測器所提供。Showa成立於西元1962年,為全日本第一家成立的應變規製造商,在這將近五十年間,Showa能夠屹立不搖的關鍵在於對應變量測掌握各項專業的知識與技術,因此美國奇異(GE)全球研發中心及日本豐田(Toyota)汽車總部規定所有研發過程的應變測試都指定使用Showa出廠的應變規。

Showa的前身是TML創辦成員之一,因此TML應變規的製作技術就是由Showa所提供;此外,日本知名品牌Kyowa應變規的製造也是由Showa提供關鍵技術。2001年Showa通過了ISO 9001認證,2002年更取得JCSS認證。巨克富科技所代理的Showa各式應變規絕對值得您的信賴。

 

應變規造型介紹

以下表格讓您方便了解應變片的製造規格,依照不同材質我們區分為FA及MA兩種。

FA系列的應變片為Polyester材質,而另外一種MA系列的應變片為Polyimide材質。FA系列的應變片又將區分為更多的類型規格,它適用於廣泛應變量測的應用;而MA系列的應變片是為特殊環境需求而設計的,較適合使用於溫度較高的應變量測或是適用於科學研究及特殊工業用途。
