The gearbox must work in high torque and high revolution, so that, damage, poor accuracy and poor efficiency will occur after long term use. A fast and stable gearbox lifetime test stand is necessary for specification verified and quality control.

Harmonic Drive lifetime test stand

Test items

• Output torque: 120Nm max.
• Input revolution: 3000rpm max.

Test contents

• Input shaft rotating in constant speed and output shaft rotating with load arm.
• Control 4 lifetime test stands with 1 PLC HMI.
• Start running in constant speed and stop after Xhr past. Motor RPM and current will be monitored. It will stop automatically if any exceptions occur.  The timer will continue counting when the system restarts.

• Output shaft connects to a servo motor as a load which running at constant load.
  Servo motor current represents the load.
• Start running in constant speed and stop after Xhr past. Motor RPM and current will be monitored.
  It will stop automatically if any exceptions occur. The timer will continue counting when the system restarts.
• Providing with motor current monitor and protection.
• CW/ CCW revolution and time can be set.
