Vibration Monitoring Done Easy

VMS is a vibration monitoring system that monitors irregular vibration during the operation of all types of equipment, which could reduce the quality of the manufacturing process or cause equipment damage, resulting in manufacturing procedure loss. Through real time vibration monitoring with VMS, it is possible to achieve advanced maintenance scheduling, lower equipment maintenance cost and manufacturing procedure loss, increase in yield rate and equipment utilization rate at the same time.

System Characteristics

• Suitable for the monitoring of any type of system such as: Etching machine, rotary drying machine, pumps and motor.
• One system is able to monitor multiple units of equipment and the monitoring criterion of each equipment can be set independently.

• Output complete monitoring data to remote database through the Ethernet in real time.
• Online data system can be purchased separately to integrate multiple sets of VMS to monitor an entire plant online.

VMS Function

1. Categorize degree of vibration into: Normal, Warning and Alarm which the user can adjust and define its range of vibration.
2. Real-time display of vibration amplitude in each equipment event of warning and alarm.
3. Consists of real time curve chart display function (RMS/Peak/Main Frequency/Crest Factor/YT/FFT)。
4. Emails automatically send to multiple specific personnel in the case when Alarm exceeds a specific value
5. Automatically stores historical data of warning and alarm events of each equipment
6. Output stored data file into Excel format
7. Make observations daily, monthly or annually after the output of the report to track long term trends.
8. Selects to turn the alarm function on and off. Provide dry contact point used for Normal/Alarm 1/Alarm 2/Machine Off.
9. Optional Database System can be purchased to connect multiple users for data analysis.
